marché 59 is a rural, organic production bakery wholesale, special order & farm stand.  What started as a small-town, organic grocery store and bakery became an artisan café and now a rustic bakery in the truly rustic setting of P & H Farms in Port Hope, Ontario.  marché 59 entails two organic bakeries – a vegan gluten-free and a traditional – for baked goods, sweet and savoury.   Everything is hand-prepared from scratch in newly created premises.

The bakery uses only organic ingredients, some of which are produced at the farm.  The creation of the vegan gluten-free bakery kitchen was one of the best changes marché 59 ever made.  Its products have ended up with being the strongest in the wholesale market, especially its appropriately Canadian line of 23 flavours of nanaimos.
